Determine Your Monthly Housing Budget & Get Pre-approved
A loan officer from Nuvilla Capital will find out what's most important to you in terms of your new prospective financing and how long you intend to keep the property; then, pull your credit. After an initial fifteen-minute consultation, your loan officer will provide you with an official pre-approval.

Identify The Area Where You Wish to Buy + Find Your Home

Nuvilla combines real-time listings and insightful community information to offer you the most intuitive and comprehensive real estate search.

Tour Homes
Once you have narrowed your search to a specific area, we'll take you on free private tours of the homes that most interest you.

Pre-Inspection
A pre-inspection is a professional inspection of a property that takes place prior to your making an offer. This is an optional step to strengthen your offer. With a pre-inspection, you'll know what you want fixed when you finalize your offer, and the seller will feel more comfortable that there won't be any surprise requests later. With your approval, we'll arrange a pre-inspection for you.

Write an Offer, Negotiate Terms

Draft an Offer
We'll review the terms together, then draft your offer. We will go over every term face-to-face or by telephone. You won't be committed until you sign the final paperwork.

Your Nuvilla agent will consult the listing agent to discuss any competing offers and/or special terms and to ne gotiate the best possible deal.
